These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7jeta ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://7jeta.org, including all games, sports betting markets, live casino tables, payment services, promotional offers, and any other services or features made available through the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 7jeta Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 7jeta. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall prevail.

7jeta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English. The English version is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience is subordinate to the English text in cases of ambiguity or dispute.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 7jeta, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of another party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a player for commercial gain in a manner that exploits a software error, loophole, or bonus structure.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 7jeta or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 7jeta is lawful in your location.
• You have not been previously excluded or had your account closed by 7jeta for violation of these Terms.

7jeta reserves the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the timeframe specified by 7jeta may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

If 7jeta discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made during the underage period forfeited. 7jeta cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 7jeta. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7jeta reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance accumulated through the duplicate account.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that the details you provide match the identity documents you hold. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 7jeta may require you to complete an identity verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any point we deem appropriate. Verification documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport (proof of identity)
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (proof of address)
• Screenshot or confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash account registered to your name)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7jeta will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 7jeta may apply enhanced verification procedures for high-volume accounts or where unusual account activity is detected. These procedures are designed to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

7jeta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available. Withdrawals are processed by 7jeta within one business day of the request being submitted, provided that your account has completed KYC verification and no security review is in progress. The time for funds to reach your wallet or bank account after 7jeta has processed the withdrawal depends on your payment provider. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically instant to same-day. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within one to three business days.

The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method and account that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 7jeta reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the corresponding withdrawal will be processed back to the same method where technically possible.
• 7jeta reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. These Terms govern the general rules applicable to all bonuses; specific promotion pages may impose additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 7jeta promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin stake is ৳500 unless the promotion terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

In the event a bonus is awarded in error, 7jeta reserves the right to remove the erroneous bonus and any winnings derived from it. Players who attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive strategies will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

All games available on the 7jeta platform — including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules set by the respective software provider or sportsbook engine, in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules address a matter not covered herein.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 7jeta reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. Live in-play bets accepted after a goal, wicket, or other significant event are subject to cancellation if the odds were not updated in time to reflect the event.

Casino Games: All RNG (random number generator) casino games use certified software supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and JILI. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is published in the game's information panel. 7jeta does not alter game mathematics. Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session or sports bet, 7jeta will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 7jeta. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 7jeta reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

7jeta is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all areas of the platform. 7jeta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, withhold funds, and void associated bets or bonuses in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 7jeta without prior contact with support
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 7jeta staff or other players

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

Please note that voluntary account closure is different from self-exclusion; if you are closing your account because of concerns about your gambling behaviour, we recommend activating self-exclusion rather than a standard closure, as self-exclusion includes additional protections against re-registration.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by general principles of fairness and consumer protection. 7jeta endeavours to resolve all account disputes in a timely and transparent manner.
